Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tsp of Banana Pudding Sea Moss
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • ½ cup plant based yogurt (for added creaminess and protein)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional for thickness)


Instructions:

1. Add the sea moss, strawberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter and plant based yogurt to the blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. If you want a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie!
