Blueberry Banana Sea Moss Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1-2 tsp CWL 102 sea moss gel
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup ripe bananas (about 1 small banana)
• 1/2 cup ripe avocado (about half an avocado)
• 12 ounces plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut milk works well)
• 1 tsp almond butter (optional, for extra creaminess and flavor)
• 1-2 tsp natural sweetener (optional, e.g., maple syrup, agave, or honey)
• A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a cooler smoothie)
Instructions:
1. Add the plant-based milk to the blender first.
2. Add the blueberries, banana, avocado, and CWL 102 sea moss gel.
3. If using, include almond butter and sweetener of your choice.
4. Toss in a few ice cubes if you prefer a frosty texture.
5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes).
