What is sea moss?

Sea moss is a type of seaweed/sea algae found in various bodies of waters along the coasts of the Atlantic, primarily between North America and Europe, in the warmer waters of South America, Africa and some parts of the Caribbean. Naturally rich in certain nutrients and vitamins that our bodies require such as zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, amino acids, antioxidants, folate, vitamin K, iron, iodine, magnesium, and calcium.
