OG Sea Moss Gel

Ingredients

• 2 cups spring water

• 1 green tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose-leaf green tea)

• 1–2 teaspoons Cooking With Love OG sea moss gel

• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)

• 1 teaspoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions

1. Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of spring water to a gentle boil. Let it cool slightly for 1–2 minutes. (Green tea brews best at about 175°F or 80°C.)

2. Brew Green Tea: Steep the green tea bag in the hot water for 2–3 minutes. Avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness.

3. Add Sea Moss Gel: Once the tea has cooled slightly (warm, not hot), stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of Cooking With Love OG sea moss gel until fully dissolved.

4. Flavor with Lemon & Honey: Add the lemon juice and honey to taste.

5. Enjoy: Sip warm or let it cool for a refreshing iced version.

Health Benefits for Heart Health

1. Green Tea:

• Rich in Antioxidants: Green tea contains catechins, particularly EGCG, which help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation linked to heart disease.

• Supports Healthy Cholesterol Levels: Regular consumption may lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol while boosting HDL (“good”) cholesterol.

• Promotes Healthy Blood Pressure: The antioxidants in green tea can relax blood vessels, supporting healthy blood flow and blood pressure.

2. Sea Moss:

• Packed with Essential Minerals: Sea moss contains potassium, magnesium, and calcium, all vital for heart muscle function and healthy blood circulation.

• Anti-Inflammatory Properties: The iodine and antioxidants in sea moss can reduce inflammation, which is a risk factor for heart disease.

• Supports Healthy Cholesterol: Studies suggest sea moss may help lower LDL cholesterol and support overall cardiovascular health.

3. Lemon & Honey:

• Lemon: High in vitamin C, lemon acts as an antioxidant, improving blood vessel health and reducing the risk of heart disease.

• Honey: Contains polyphenols that can help improve heart health by reducing inflammation and improving blood flow.

This green tea with sea moss gel is more than just a soothing drink—it’s a heart-healthy powerhouse. Enjoy it daily for hydration, energy, and long-term cardiovascular support.
