Sea Moss for Your Skin

🤗💜💚 Hello CWL Family! Happy #selfcaresunday

Rolling through to share how you can use your OG & 102 Sea Moss Gel as a face mask 🧖‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️

Although the gels are thick once the warmth of your hands touches the sea moss it’ll dissolve a little which makes it easy for you to apply to your face.

I like to wash my face first with my favorite facial cleanser and then apply 1-2 teaspoons to my face and allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes. It will get crusty like when you put glue on you hands hands and peel it off (lol)

Once it has dried I simply use a warm towel to wipe away the residue and moisture my skin with a light oil (vitamin E oil for example)

We always want you to know the benefits of sea moss so let’s get into these facts about how sea moss benefits the skin.

-Sea Moss contains Sulphur which is antimicrobial which is helpful for acne. Gentle on the skin, treats breakouts, blackheads, and whiteheads. Absorbs sebum and sea skin cells. Also sea moss is antibacterial and antiviral.

-Contains Vitamin A, B, and C, zinc, and selenium all amazing for skin & hair health.

-Moisturizes the skin and makes it supple, radiant, and well-hydrated due to its bioactive compounds. Bioactive compounds in sea moss helps to reduces stress induced cell damage.

Give it a try to have glowing skin ✨
